Chapter 265.15a(B). — Charles Summers, 112 Southampton Street, Roxbury, warrant from outside of Boston. — Cherish Hayes, 1524 Marquis Lane, Hobbs, New Mexico, misdemeanor breaking and entering, M.G.L. Chapter 266.16a. — Ronald Hayes, 1524 Marquis Lane, Hobbs, New Mexico, misdemeanor breaking and entering, M.G.L. Chapter 266.16a. — Benjamin Josey, 1059 Tremont Boston, fail to register with Sex Offender Registry Board (SORB). Incident Summary BPD officers responded to at least 208 reported incidents in the covered 24-hour period. Massachusetts’ privacy law prevents police from releasing information involving domestic and sexual violence arrests with the goal to protect the alleged victims. According to information provided by the BPD, in that time period there were no reported homicides. However, the department responded to one robbery, 10 aggravated assaults, one commercial burglary, two residential burglaries, six instances of larceny from a vehicle, 21 other cases of larceny, and one reported auto theft.
